  • Free Shipping Eligibility: Orders over R1000 qualify for free PUDO shipping. Standard shipping costs apply for door-to-door delivery.

  • Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery after shipping confirmation.

 

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

  • No Refunds or Returns: We do not accept refunds or returns. However, if you receive an item that is faulty due to shipping, we will replace it.

  • Proof of Faulty Item: To qualify for a replacement, you must record a video as you unbox and open your package. This video will serve as proof to help us investigate the issue.

  • Reporting Timeframe: Contact us with the unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving your products to report any issues.

  • Replacement Process: If approved, we will dispatch a new package within 5-7 working days.

 

Product Availability and Descriptions

  • While we aim to keep our stock levels up-to-date, there may be occasions where items are temporarily out of stock. If this happens, please allow an additional 2-3 working days for us to prepare your order.

  • We strive to describe and display our products accurately. However, there may be minor variations in color, design, or appearance from the images displayed.
