Bestanddele:
250g Cremora
1 koppie yswater
1 blik kondensmelk
125ml suurlemoensap
Vrugtepulp van keuse (granadilla, pynappel...)
Tennisbeskuitjies met gesmelte botter
Metode:
Klop die Cremora en water saam.
Voeg 1 blik kondensmelk by
Voeg 125ml suurlemoensap by
Voeg gedreineerde perskes, pynappelpulp, gemengde vrugte ens. by.
Plaas tennisbeskuitjies aan die basis en kant van die bak.
Skep die bogenoemde mengsel in die bak en plaas in die yskas.

Pulp of choice(grandilla, pineapple...)
Tennis biscuits with melted butter
Method:
Beat the cremora and water together.
Add 1 tin condensmilk
125ml lemon juice
Drained peaches , pineapple pulp, mixed fruit etc.
Place tennis biscuits on base and side of dish.
Spoon above mixture into dish and place in fridge.
