Order Processing

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped on working days. Everything in our shop is available for order. Please note, we do not ship on Fridays. If an item needs additional preparation, please allow 2-3 working days for processing.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• PUDO to PUDO (Pick-Up, Drop-Off): R80

• PUDO-to-Door Delivery: R150

Orders over R800 qualify for free PUDO shipping. Door-to-door delivery is available at the regular rate.

Delivery Timeframes

• Our shipping partner, The Courier Guy, ensures reliable and timely delivery.

• Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days within South Africa, depending on location and selected shipping method.

Stock & Availability

All items are listed as in stock on our website. If an item is out of stock, please allow 2-3 working days for us to restock and prepare it for shipping.

Refunds & Replacements

• No Refunds or Returns: We do not accept refunds or returns. However, if you receive an item that is faulty due to shipping, we will replace it.

• Proof of Faulty Item: To qualify for a replacement, please record a video as you are unboxing and opening your package. This video serves as proof and will help us investigate the issue.

• Report Faulty Items Promptly: Please contact us with the unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving your products if there is an issue.

• Replacement Timeline: Once the matter is reviewed and approved, you will receive a new package within 5-7 working days.
