• Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped every day when stock is available. If an item is not currently in stock, please allow 2-3 additional working days for preparation.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• PUDO (Pick-Up, Drop-Off): R80

• Door-to-Door Delivery: R150

Orders over R1000 qualify for free PUDO shipping. Door-to-door delivery is available at the regular rate.

Delivery Timeframes

• Our shipping partner, The Courier Guy, ensures reliable and timely delivery.

• Delivery typically takes 2-5 working days within South Africa, depending on location and selected shipping method.

Stock & Availability

All items are listed as in stock on our website. If an item is out of stock, please allow 2-3 working days for us to restock and prepare it for shipping.

Refunds & Replacements

• No Refunds or Returns: We do not accept refunds or returns. However, if you receive an item that is faulty due to shipping, we will replace it.

• Proof of Faulty Item: To qualify for a replacement, please record a video as you are unboxing and opening your package. This video serves as proof and will help us investigate the issue.

• Report Faulty Items Promptly: Please contact us with the unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving your products if there is an issue.

• Replacement Timeline: Once the matter is reviewed and approved, you will receive a new package within 5-7 working days.
